e. Legal Remedies. Nothing in this Section shall preclude either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information.

b. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
